Our Terms & Conditions
We require you to provide us with a valid email address as we communicate primarily via email with you. We will in
particular send you a confirmation of your booking and will advise you if we require further information/payment from you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to the emails sent to the email address you provided us with.
When we cancel an event
Trainings require a minimum number of participants to be held. We will advise you at least 5 days prior to the training should
a training not be run due to the minimum number of participants not being met.
It is also possible that we have to cancel a training on shorter notice, for example if a coach gets sick and we are unable to organise a replacement.
If we cancel a training event, you are entitled to a free rebooking at a later date.
Once you made a booking, either via our website, iPhone App or via the phone, we will confirm your booking via email and will reserve
your spot in the requested training event for 3 working days.
We ask that you make the full payment for the training event within 3 working days of having confirmed your booking; if
you fail to make that payment we will release your reservation and advise you about this via email.
We will advise you via email once we have received your payment, and will confirm your place in the requested training event.
If you asked us to provide you with a loan Mac or MacBook for a training event, we ask that you exercise reasonable care in
using the computer. We will cover any wear and tear on the loan computer, however you agree to replace or repair the computer
and cover the cost for such replacement/repair should the computer be destroyed or damaged as a result of your negligence while in your care.
We particularly ask you to be careful with food and drink next to the computer.
If you cancel your booking at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the training event, we will provide you with a full refund, however
if you booked your course using a Voucher Code, any refunds have to be done through the entity that provided the vouchers to you.
You need to cancel the booking online through our website, or by calling our office. We will confirm the cancellation via email.
We cannot accept cancellations for trainings if the training date is less than 3 weeks away. However you can reschedule
to a later training date at any time, provided that the rescheduling of the training does not cause the number of participants
in the training you try to get out of to drop under the minimum number of participants required.
